PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To full execution of all work in accordance with the contract and statutory requirements.
Continuation of good relations with the customer or his representative.
The effective management, encouragement and motivation of all Project Staff to achieve the project tasks.
That all necessary systems and documents are available submitted and approved as necessary prior to the commencement of the relevant work.
To supervise the staff of Project Team.
Overall control of projects with respect to site progress.
To issue cost targets for implementation.
To ensure the measures regarding quality, safety and cost control implemented on site.
To handle any ad hoc events as assigned by the Department Head if necessary.

Requirements :

Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering or Building or Equivalent.
Min. 8 years’in project management; with 5 years in facade contracting works.

DESIGN MANAGER ／ ASSISTANT DESIGN MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To supervise and co-ordinate the works with Draftsman(s) and report to the Chief Designer on various aspects of the project.
To develop design drawings from 'Tender and/or Design Intent' with the help of the Designer(s).
To ensure that all drawings submission can fulfill the Contracts / Architect’s requirements.
To verify the Curtain Wall fixing details with structural layout / details.
To prepare Curtain Wall detail for engineering calculations.
To obtain approval from the Client / Architect and organize submission for the Building Department.
To ensure all drawings issued to the Client or inter-office are checked and logged.
To issue all construction drawings to Projects Team.
To maintain proper filing record of drawing transmittal and project correspondence.

Requirements :

Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in curtain wall / window wall design and drafting.
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory capacity and able to work independently.
Familiar with 3D and AutoCAD is a must.
Ability to propose any design and technical solutions.
Ability to supervise a group of junior staff and must be a good team player.
Experience in developing of curtain wall details from architectural drawings independently
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Design Manager / Design Engineer.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

To prepare and submit structural calculation according to the design drawings, project specification and working program as required by the project team.
To co-ordinate the design calculation with the design team and liaise the submission to Building Department.
To resolve any site changes or discrepancies raised by the project team.
To assist and revise calculation as per the Architect commented / As-built shop drawings.
To co-ordinate the design calculation with the design team and liaise the submission to Building Department.
To maintain proper filing record of calculations related to the structural issues.

Requirements :

Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in curtain wall and window structural analysis.
Familiar with building codes for facade design.
Good computer knowledge of structural analysis software such as SAP2000.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Applicants with more experience and higher qualification may be considered as Structural Engineering Manager / Senior Structural Engineering Manager.

ESTIMATOR / ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities:

To study allocated tender documents including tender specification and drawings.
To carry out quantity take-off where necessary.
To prepare enquiry to material suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations.
To analyze quotations price, details and conditions in order to select the best quotation for complying material.
To maintain and update the cost data as required.
To prepare cost estimation based on tender preliminary design drawings and calculation.
To prepare final tender award costing for budget on successful tender to Cost Control Manager.

Requirements :

Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating.
Good communication and supervisory skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered for the position of Asst. Estimator.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

University Degree/Diploma in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of solid experience in QA/ QC procedure with working experience in Building / Construction industry.
Experience in ISO9001 and other quality assurance systems.
Experience in building fa?ade construction is an advantage.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Control Engineer.

LOGISTICS CLERK

Responsibilities:

To arrange materials delivery to and from China / Hong Kong / Overseas by shipping process.
Handle full set of I/E Shipping document and bank document.
Examines and approves Invoice of supplier.

Requirements :

Form 5 or above.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in computer software skills in MS office including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
